River Lodge

The River Lodge is a 3 level, 14 bedroom, 14 bath, 6,340 square foot log cabin with hardwood floors, tile floors and Old Hickory Furniture throughout. Twelve of the bedrooms have French doors facing the Little Pigeon River. This beautiful lodge is located just past the Apple Barn in Sevierville, TN. Drive up to a beautiful covered, level entrance with ample parking, enough for your tour bus. It has wireless internet access available.

The River Lodge will sleep 40 people with 2 king size beds, 12 queen size beds and 12 twins. One of the bedrooms is handicap accessible on the main level with a queen size bed.

The 20x20 Great Room, with large plasma screen TV, has plenty of comfortable seating. Plan your business conference now! The cabin has 15 TVs and 15 VCR/DVD and CD players. Prepare your meals in the professional kitchen then enjoy the feast in the dining room overlooking the river. The mess Hall porch has a huge grill for cooking out. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. Snuggle up around one of the two cozy gas fireplaces, enjoy reading in the beautiful parlor, or just kick back and relax on plush leather sofas.

There is a sun deck with soothing glider rockers, Adirondack chairs and loungers on the main level, and a large covered porch filled with rocking chairs, a large covered patio with pool table and ping pong table, all facing the river. You will love listening to the river flow by while relaxing in the large hot tub. Last but not least...an open patio for quiet time.

Plan to have time for horseshoes, fly fishing, tubing, canoeing, and swimming (at your own risk, of course). Bring your own fishing poles and supplies. Come bring your family or business associates and retreat to the peace and serenity of River Lodge.

The upper level has 4 bedrooms with the bedding divided as follows: Bedroom 1) 1 queen, 2) 1 queen, 3) 1 queen, and 4) 2 queens. The main level has 4 bedrooms with the bedding divided as follows: Bedroom 1) 1 king, 2) 1 king with small whirlpool tub, 3) 1 queen, 4) 1 queen in handicap accessible room.  The lower level has 6 bedrooms with the bedding divided as follows: Bedroom 1) 8 twin beds, 2) 2 queen, 3) 1 queen, 4) 1 queen, 5) 1 queen, and 6) 4 twin beds.

$1,250 per night. There are minimum night requirements on this unit.

This unit requires a $1000 security deposit that is due at check-in. If no damage is found, it will be refunded to you within 7-10 days after check-out.
