Hidden Mountain Resort is located in Sevierville, TN in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We are only minutes from Pigeon Forge and 7 miles from Gatlinburg. We have 2 locations in Sevierville, Hidden Mountain East and Hidden Mountain West. Directions Page. - What is the difference between East and West?
Although you will find a variety of luxury homes at both Hidden Mountain East and West, each location offers guests a unique experience. Hidden Mountain West is where we began in 1981. After your first visit, you will understand why we call it hidden! Located 5.5 miles from the hustle and bustle of Parkway 441 in Pigeon Forge, this ?“off the beaten path?” location provides 1-6 bedroom log cabins, an outdoor swimming pool, a picnic pavilion, and an onsite office. Your stay here will offer a more secluded, mountain experience. Whether you are in need of a quiet retreat or a feeling of adventure for the whole family, you can find it at Hidden Mountain West. Hidden Mountain East offers 1-14 bedroom log cabins, 2 bedroom villas, 1-5 bedroom farmhouse cottages, a meeting Lodge and Conference Center, outdoor swimming pools, picnic pavilions, walking trails, a gazebo, and a 24-hr office. This gated neighborhood is located a mile from the Parkway (441) in Sevierville behind The Apple Barn and Cider Mill. Since 1988, Hidden Mountain East has been excellent for our guests who want to be close to it all- nearby shopping outlets, theaters, restaurants, and exciting attractions- yet still feel like they are at home in the mountains. - Where can I see a detailed property map for East and West?

All units are equipped with gas grills, cooking utensils, coffee makers, toasters, dishes, flatware, glasses, towels, pillows, bedspreads, linen, trash bags, tissue, and toilet paper. In addition to your clothing and food items, please bring your coffee filters, paper towels, napkins, foil, laundry detergent, hair dryer, toiletries, crib and high-chair, favorite pillow, videos or DVD?'s (depending on what your cabin offers), and a good book. Hidden Mountain East is very convenient to Walgreens and other grocery stores. If you are staying at Hidden Mountain West, the nearest grocery store is Kroger, which is just off Parkway 441, 5 miles before you get to the resort. If you are arriving late, you may want to stock up before checking in. - What are your office hours?

Our on-site reservation department is open Monday- Saturday, 8 a.m.- 10 p.m.
Our on-site housekeeping staff is available 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday- Saturday.
Our on-site maintenance staff is available 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. 7 days a week. During peak seasons and weekends, maintenance is available until 10:30 p.m.
These hours are subject to change. All offices and operations are closed Christmas Day until 3:00 p.m. - How far in advance can I book my reservation?
You may book a reservation up to 2 years in advance. We strongly recommend that you book in advance- especially if you would like a large cabin for a holiday or cabins located together. Our peak seasons are July, October, and holidays. We do welcome walk-in reservations, but we cannot guarantee availability. - What are your nightly minimums?
Depending on the time of year and the cabin, our nightly minimums vary. For online reservations, there is a basic 3 night minimum, with up to 7 nights required for some of our larger homes. For current nightly minimums, please contact our reservation department at 1-800-541-6837. - Is a deposit required for my stay? How may I pay this deposit?
A deposit of 50% of your total balance is due upon booking online and may be paid by Visa or MasterCard. If booking through our reservation department, a 50% deposit must be received within 10 days of the date the reservation is made. This may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, or check. - Is there an age limit required to book a reservation?
You must be 21 years old to make a reservation at Hidden Mountain. A valid driver?'s license is required at check-in and all deposits are non-refundable if cabin is booked under false pretenses. - What is your cancellation policy?
All web bookings for 1-5 bedrooms require the purchase of a "deposit guarantee" which is 7% of your total rental fee. This allows you to cancel at any time up until 4:00 pm the day before arrival. Any cancellations past this time will forfeit the entire deposit. For reservations in our 6-14 bedroom homes, the entire deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation. - Are there any additional fees?
Damage deposits are required on most of our larger homes and vary depending on the home. We require a credit card for the damage deposit. This amount will be refunded to you within 10 days of your check-out if the condition of the home is as you found it upon arrival. If damage is found at the home, we will deduct the amount of repair from your deposit and return the difference to you. Please contact the front desk the day of your arrival if you see damage to your rental home. - Do you allow guests to exceed the maximum occupancy number?
No. According to the fire marshal, we must stay within the set occupancy limits. - Are pets permitted at Hidden Mountain Resorts?
We have recently begun offering a select few cottages that allow dogs under 25 pounds. There is an additional cleaning fee of $50 per pet. Currently cottages 2513 and 2514 allow pets. - When are the pools open?
The outdoor pools are generally open Easter–October, weather allowing. The pool hours are 10 a.m.- 10 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty. No glass or alcohol is permitted in the pool areas. - Are the fireplaces on year-round?
The gas fireplaces are operational October 1 to April 30 annually. We do have some units at Hidden Mountain West with wood burning fireplaces. These are supplied with wood for the previously mentioned season. - Do you allow early arrivals?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. If the cabin is cleaned, the hot tub has been serviced, and the house has been checked on the day of your arrival, the front desk may allow an early check-in. You can reach the East and West front desk at 865-453-9850 on your check-in day to see if an early check-in is possible. - Do you allow late departures?
We cannot guarantee late departures. If the cabin is not expecting another arrival that day, you can speak to the front desk at your location to see about the possibility of a late check-out. Because the unit could be rented to a walk-in guest, please do not expect a late checkout unless it is authorized the morning of your departure.
